Walking
If you are starting from Key Largo's downtown area, head south on US Highway 1 (Overseas Hwy). Continue walking on the right side of the road for about 1.5 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Look for the large sign that says 'Glass Bottom Boat Tours' at 102601 Overseas Hwy. The tour operator is located on the right side of the highway, just before you reach the intersection with Caribbean Blvd.
Public Transportation
From any location in Key Largo, find the nearest bus stop for the Miami-Dade Transit buses, specifically the Route 38 bus that travels along US Highway 1. Board the bus heading south towards Key West. Request a stop at the 102601 Overseas Hwy, which is directly in front of Glass Bottom Boat Tours. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for accurate timings.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bicycle, set your course to head south on US Highway 1 (Overseas Hwy). Make sure to stay on the designated bike lanes. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes from the central area of Key Largo. As you approach 102601 Overseas Hwy, watch for the Glass Bottom Boat Tours sign on your right side.
