Walking
If you are in the vicinity of Key Largo's main attractions, head towards the Overseas Highway (US-1). Walk along the highway in the direction of Mile Marker 102. As you approach the Visitor Center and Aquarium, look for the entrance on your right at 102601 Overseas Hwy. The center is well marked with signs, and you should see the main building and parking area as you get closer.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the scenic bike lanes that line the Overseas Highway. Start from any nearby location and pedal south towards Mile Marker 102. The Visitor Center and Aquarium will be on your right at 102601 Overseas Hwy. Make sure to use caution as you approach the entrance, and look for the designated bike parking area near the main entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach the Visitor Center and Aquarium using public transportation, look for the local bus service that operates along the Overseas Highway. Board any bus heading towards Key Largo and request to be dropped off at Mile Marker 102. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes north on the highway, and you will see the visitor center on your right at 102601 Overseas Hwy.
