Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving in Marathon Key, start at the intersection of US-1 and 15th Street. Head south on US-1 (Overseas Highway) for about 1 mile. Keep an eye out for the Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club on your left at 1996 Overseas Hwy. There is ample parking available at the resort.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, check the local bus schedule for the Lower Keys Shuttle service. Board the shuttle at a nearby stop that services Marathon Key. You will want to get off at the closest stop to the Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club, which is near the intersection of US-1 and 15th Street. From there, it’s a short walk south on US-1 for about a mile to reach the resort. Please note that bus fares typically range from $2 to $5 depending on your starting point.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle at one of the local shops in Marathon Key. From the center of Marathon, head east on 15th Street and turn right onto US-1 (Overseas Highway). Cycle south for about 1 mile. The resort will be on your left. Ensure you wear a helmet and follow traffic rules for safety.

• Walking

  If you are close enough to Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club, walking can be a pleasant option. From anywhere in Marathon Key, navigate to US-1 (Overseas Highway). Once on US-1, walk south for about 1 mile until you see the resort on your left at 1996 Overseas Hwy. Be cautious of traffic as you walk along the highway.
