• Walking

Once you reach this intersection, turn east and walk straight along 5th Street until you reach Ocean Drive. The beach will be on your right, and you will see the iconic pastel-colored Art Deco buildings lining Ocean Drive. This walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.

  Another enjoyable way to reach Ocean Drive is by bicycle. You can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations available in South Beach. Locate the nearest bike station and rent a bike (costs typically around $4 for a 30-minute ride). Once you have your bike, head towards Alton Road and ride south until you reach 15th Street.   If you prefer to take public transportation, the Miami Beach Trolley is a convenient option. Locate the nearest trolley stop (the Trolleys are free of charge). Board the South Beach Loop trolley and ride towards the stop at 5th Street and Alton Road. Once you disembark, walk east along 5th Street until you reach Ocean Drive. This journey may take around 15-25 minutes, including waiting times.
