Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from any location in Naples Beach, begin by heading east on Gulf Shore Blvd N or S, depending on your starting point. Continue until you reach the intersection with US-41 S (Tamiami Trail). Turn onto US-41 S and drive for approximately 3 miles. Take the exit for Golden Gate Pkwy and turn left onto Golden Gate Pkwy. Freedom Park will be on your left at 1515 Golden Gate Pkwy. There is free parking available on-site.

• Public Transportation

  To access Freedom Park via public transportation, you can use the Naples Area Transit bus system. Locate the nearest bus stop and board the route that heads towards the Golden Gate Parkway area. You may need to transfer buses, so check the schedule and routes ahead of time. Once you are on the bus heading towards Golden Gate Pkwy, disembark at the stop nearest to 1515 Golden Gate Pkwy. From there, it's a short walk to the park entrance. Be sure to check the bus fare, which typically costs around $2.00 for a one-way trip.

  If you prefer to ride a bike, Naples Beach has several bike rental services available. Rent a bike and head east on Gulf Shore Blvd, then connect to the bike lanes leading to Golden Gate Pkwy. Follow the same route as cars, and you will arrive at Freedom Park in about 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. There are bike racks available at the park for secure parking.

  Walking to Freedom Park from nearby locations in Naples Beach may take considerable time, as the distance could be several miles. If you choose to walk, head east on Gulf Shore Blvd, then follow the directions for cars along US-41 S and Golden Gate Pkwy.
