From Naples Beach, head north on Gulf Shore Blvd N toward Seagate Dr. Continue on US-41 N (Tamiami Trail) for about 15 miles. Take the exit toward Fort Myers Beach and merge onto Estero Blvd. Continue on Estero Blvd until you reach Connecticut St. Turn left onto Connecticut St, and the Mound House will be on your left at 451 Connecticut St.

From Naples Beach, you can take the Collier Area Transit bus route 1 heading north. Get off at the stop at US-41 and Estero Blvd. From there, transfer to the LeeTran route 150, which will take you directly to Fort Myers Beach. Once you arrive at Fort Myers Beach, walk east on Estero Blvd until you reach Connecticut St. Turn left onto Connecticut St, and you will find the Mound House at 451 Connecticut St.
