Continue on U.S. 19 South until you reach the intersection with FL-44. Turn left onto FL-44 East. Follow FL-44 until it merges with U.S. 41. Continue on U.S. 41 South until you reach the town of Yankeetown. In Yankeetown, turn right onto SE Old Rock Road. Withlacoochee Gulf Preserve will be on your right at 1001 SE Old Rock Rd, Yankeetown, FL 34498.
