Continue on FL-80 E for about 30 miles until you reach US-441 S. Turn left onto US-441 S and follow it for about 15 miles. Then, turn right onto FL-70 W, and shortly after, turn left onto NW 192nd Ave. Follow the road until you reach the entrance of Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park at 33104 NW 192nd Ave, Okeechobee, FL 34972.
