From any location in Nature Coast, get onto US-19 S or US-98 S, depending on your starting point. If you're in the northern part of Nature Coast, take US-19 S towards Crystal River. If you're in the central or southern areas, head south on US-98 S. Follow the signs to merge onto I-75 S. After approximately 50 miles, take exit 170 for FL-80 E toward Clewiston. Continue on FL-80 E for about 30 miles until you reach US-441 S. Turn left onto US-441 S and follow it for about 15 miles. Then, turn right onto FL-70 W, and shortly after, turn left onto NW 192nd Ave. Follow the road until you reach the entrance of Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park at 33104 NW 192nd Ave, Okeechobee, FL 34972.
