    From any location in Nature Coast, head towards Interstate 75 (I-75) South. Use the exit for Daniels Parkway (Exit 131) and turn left onto Daniels Parkway. Continue until you reach the intersection with Summerlin Road and turn right. Follow Summerlin Road until it merges into Sanibel Causeway, the toll bridge that leads to Sanibel Island. There is a toll fee of $6.00 per car (as of 2023). After crossing the bridge, continue straight onto Periwinkle Way. The Sanibel Lighthouse will be on your right at 112 Periwinkle Way. There is a parking area available near the lighthouse.
