Public transportation options on Sanibel Island are limited. You can use the Island Transportation service, which is a local shuttle. Call them at least an hour in advance to arrange a pickup. Request to be dropped off at The Sanctuary Golf Club at 2801 Wulfert Rd. As of the last update, the fare is approximately $5 per person.
