If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Santa Fe River. Head west on NW 23rd Ave towards US-441 N. Merge onto US-441 N and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit onto FL-26 W towards Trenton. After about 6 miles, turn left onto NW 254 Ave. The Santa Fe River Preserve will be on your right after approximately 1 mile. There is no entry fee to access the preserve.
