If you're driving from central Sarasota Beaches, start by heading south on US-41 S (Tamiami Trail). Continue on US-41 S for about 1.5 miles. Then, turn left onto S. Orange Ave and follow it for about 0.5 miles until you reach the traffic circle. Take the first exit onto Ringling Blvd. After about 1 mile, continue straight onto Bird Key Dr. Follow Bird Key Dr until you arrive at Bird Key Park located at 761 FL-789. There is free parking available at the park.

Ride the bus towards downtown Sarasota and get off at the stop near US-41 S.
