Car
If you're driving from downtown Sarasota, head southwest on US-41 S/Tamiami Trail. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Ringling Blvd. Turn left onto Ringling Blvd and continue for about 1 mile, then merge onto the John Ringling Causeway. Stay on this road for approximately 2 miles, crossing the bridge to Lido Key. After crossing, take a right at the first traffic light onto Benjamin Franklin Drive. Follow this road for about 1 mile until you see the entrance to Public Beach on your left.
