Walking
If you are starting from downtown Sarasota, head south on Main Street towards U.S. 41. Continue straight until you reach U.S. 41 (North Tamiami Trail). Turn left onto U.S. 41 and walk for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto S Orange Ave. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Sarasota Herald Building at 539 S Orange Ave on your left.
Public Transit (Bus)
From downtown Sarasota, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. You can take the Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) Route 10 bus towards the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. Get off at the 'S Orange Ave @ 5th St' stop. From there, walk south on S Orange Ave for about 0.1 miles, and you will arrive at the Sarasota Herald Building located at 539 S Orange Ave.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike rental shop in downtown Sarasota. Start from Main Street and head south towards U.S. 41. Turn left onto U.S. 41 and then right onto S Orange Ave. Continue biking for about 0.3 miles, and the Sarasota Herald Building will be on your left at 539 S Orange Ave.
