Getting There

• Walking

  If you are near downtown Sarasota, start at the intersection of Main Street and 301. Head north on 301 until you reach 10th Street. Turn right on 10th Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with North Tamiami Trail. Here, you'll see a sign for The Bay. Continue straight ahead, and you will arrive at The Bay, which is located at the waterfront area.

• Biking

  For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Sarasota. Start your ride at Bayfront Park, which is located on the waterfront. Head north along the waterfront path until you reach the entrance to The Bay. It’s a scenic ride with views of the bay and plenty of spots to stop along the way.

• Public Transportation

  Take the Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) bus. You can catch the Route 2 bus from downtown Sarasota. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and disembark at the stop nearest to Tamiami Trail and 10th Street. From there, it’s a short walk to The Bay. Head east on 10th Street and then follow the signs pointing towards The Bay.

• Rideshare

  If you prefer a rideshare option, use services like Uber or Lyft. Simply input 'The Bay, Sarasota, FL' as your destination. Drivers are familiar with the area and can drop you off right at the entrance to The Bay.
