Stay on the bus for approximately 20-25 minutes until you reach the stop at Ken Thompson Parkway. Once you disembark, walk east on Ken Thompson Parkway for about 10 minutes. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium will be on your right at 1600 Ken Thompson Pkwy.

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from downtown Sarasota. Head south on Orange Avenue until you reach Ringling Boulevard. Turn right on Ringling Boulevard, then left on Bayfront Drive. Continue straight until you reach the John Ringling Causeway. Cross the causeway and continue on the road until you reach Ken Thompson Parkway. Turn left and ride for about 1 mile. The aquarium will be on your left at 1600 Ken Thompson Pkwy.

The Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium will be at 1600 Ken Thompson Pkwy on your right.
