Walking
If you're in downtown Sarasota, start by heading north on Main Street towards Ringling Boulevard. Turn left onto Ringling Boulevard and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North Tamiami Trail (US-41). Cross over to the north side of Ringling Boulevard and continue walking east. You will see a bus stop at this intersection if you prefer to take public transport. Continue walking straight until you reach 10th Way, then turn right. The Sarasota Children's Garden will be on your left at 1670 10th Way.

Public Transport (Bus)
From downtown Sarasota, you can take the Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) bus service. Board bus route 17 at the nearest bus stop on Main Street towards the Sarasota Bradenton Airport. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop for Ringling Boulevard and North Tamiami Trail (US-41). From there, you can either walk for about 10 minutes east along Ringling Boulevard until you reach 10th Way, or catch bus route 6, which can take you closer to 10th Way. After disembarking, turn right onto 10th Way and the Sarasota Children's Garden will be on your left at 1670 10th Way.

If you enjoy biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Sarasota. Start by heading north on Main Street and turn left onto Ringling Boulevard. Follow Ringling Boulevard for about 0.5 miles until you reach North Tamiami Trail (US-41). Use the bike lane on the road to head towards the east side of the boulevard. When you reach 10th Way, turn right and continue biking until you see The Sarasota Children's Garden on your left at 1670 10th Way.
