From the Sarasota County Administration building at 1660 Ringling Blvd, walk southwest on Ringling Blvd toward S Orange Ave. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Laurel St. Turn left onto Laurel St and continue walking for another 0.2 miles. You will see Laurel Park on your left at 1725 Laurel St.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one from a nearby bike-sharing service such as the 'Sarasota Bike Share'. Head towards the nearest bike station, typically found around the downtown area, and rent a bike. Then, cycle towards Laurel Park by following the same route as pedestrians: head southwest on Ringling Blvd, turn left on Laurel St, and bike for about 0.7 miles until you reach the park. Parking for bikes is available at the park entrance.

Public Transportation
You can take the Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) bus service. Board Route 5 at the nearest bus stop in downtown, which typically runs every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Laurel St and S Orange Ave. From there, walk east on Laurel St for about 0.2 miles until you reach Laurel Park. A bus fare is approximately $1.25, and you can pay cash directly to the driver when boarding.
