If you are traveling by car, head towards Tampa, Florida. From Interstate 75 (I-75), take exit 265 for I-275 N toward Tampa. Merge onto I-275 N and continue for approximately 18 miles. Take exit 48A toward FL-60 W. Merge onto FL-60 W and keep going for about 5 miles. Turn left onto N Dale Mabry Hwy (FL-597), then after 1 mile, turn right onto W Waters Ave. Continue on Waters Ave for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with N McKinley Dr. Turn left onto N McKinley Dr, and you will find Adventure Island at 10001 McKinley Dr, Tampa, FL 33612. There is a parking fee of approximately $25 per vehicle.

For public transportation, start at a nearby bus station in Southeast Florida. Use the local bus service (such as the Broward County Transit or Miami-Dade Transit) to reach the nearest Greyhound or Megabus station. Take the Route 30 bus from the Tampa Greyhound station towards the University Area Transit Center.
