Take exit 75A for Universal Blvd toward International Dr. Keep right at the fork to continue on Universal Blvd, and follow the signs to Universal Studios Florida at 6000 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819. Note that parking at Universal Studios may incur a fee, typically around $30 for standard parking.
