If you're driving from the Fort Myers area, take I-75 North towards Naples. Merge onto I-595 East towards Fort Lauderdale. After about 25 miles, take Exit 12B to merge onto I-95 North towards West Palm Beach. Continue on I-95 North for approximately 60 miles. Take Exit 70B for 45th Street. Turn right onto 45th Street and continue for 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Summit Blvd and you will find Palm Beach Zoo on your left at 1301 Summit Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Expect to pay for tolls along the way depending on your route.
