Continue on FL-442 East until you reach the intersection with S Peninsula Dr. Turn left onto S Peninsula Dr and follow it for about 4 miles. The Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum will be on your right at 4931 S Peninsula Dr, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a small fee for entry to the museum.
