If you're driving, start on FL-528 E from wherever you are in Space Coast. Follow FL-528 E for about 15 miles until you reach the exit for Cape Canaveral. Take exit 50 toward A1A/Cape Canaveral. Merge onto N Atlantic Ave/A1A and continue for approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Thurm Blvd. Manatee Sanctuary Park will be on your right at 701 Thurm Blvd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. Free parking is available at the park.

For public transportation, you can take the Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) bus. Check the SCAT schedule and find a route that goes towards Cape Canaveral. You may need to transfer buses depending on your starting point.
