Continue on US-1 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the intersection with FL-421 (also known as Dunlawton Ave). Turn left onto FL-421 and follow it for about 3 miles. You will then merge onto S Peninsula Dr. Continue on S Peninsula Dr for about 1 mile until you reach the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum located at 4931 S Peninsula Dr, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127. Parking is available on-site, with a small fee of around $5 for the museum entrance.
