Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from anywhere in St. Augustine Beach, head south on A1A S (also known as Coastal Highway). Continue on A1A S for approximately 3.5 miles. Look for signs directing you to the Frank Butler County Park West on your right. Once you see Riverside Blvd, turn right and the park entrance will be on your left at 399 Riverside Blvd. Note that parking is free at the park.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Frank Butler County Park West using public transportation, you can take the local bus service. Check the St. Johns County public transportation schedule for the nearest bus stop, which can be found along A1A S. Once you board the bus heading south, ask the driver to notify you when you reach Riverside Blvd. From the bus stop, walk north on Riverside Blvd for a short distance until you reach the park entrance at 399 Riverside Blvd. Ensure to have small change or a transit card, as there may be a small fee for the bus ride.

• Biking

  If you're interested in biking, St. Augustine Beach has bike lanes along A1A. Start from your location and head south on A1A S for about 3.5 miles. Upon reaching Riverside Blvd, turn right. The park entrance will be on your left at 399 Riverside Blvd. There are bike racks available at the park for secure parking.

• Walking

  If you're staying close to the park or are up for a longer walk, you can walk along A1A S. From St. Augustine Beach, it might take about 1 hour to reach the park. Walk south on A1A S for 3.5 miles. Upon reaching Riverside Blvd, turn right and walk until you see the park entrance on your left at 399 Riverside Blvd. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, especially on hot days.
