Continue straight until you reach US-1, then turn left. Take a right onto King St. and continue until you reach Sevilla St. Turn left onto Sevilla St., and the church will be on your left. This route is approximately 25 minutes by bike.

Use the Old Town Trolley or the St. Augustine Hop-On Hop-Off Bus. Board the trolley at any of its stops and take it to the 'Mission Nombre de Dios' stop.
