    If you are starting from the Historic District of St. Augustine, begin at the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument located at 1 S Castillo Dr. Head east on Castillo Dr towards the water. After about 0.2 miles, turn left onto Avenida Menendez. Continue walking along the waterfront for about 0.4 miles. As you approach the intersection with San Marco Ave, you will see the Old Spanish Trail Zero Milestone on the right, near the intersection at 29.8985° N, 81.3142° W.

    From the Historic District, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Head south on St. George St. until you reach the intersection with Cathedral Pl. Turn left onto Cathedral Pl and continue until it merges with Avenida Menendez. Follow Avenida Menendez along the waterfront for approximately 1 mile. The Old Spanish Trail Zero Milestone will be located on your right at the corner of Avenida Menendez and San Marco Ave.
