Walking
If you are starting from the Historic District, head north on St. George Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hypolita Street. Turn left on Hypolita Street and walk until it intersects with San Marco Avenue. Here, turn right. Continue walking on San Marco Avenue for about 0.5 miles. The Oldest Store Museum will be on your left at 167 San Marco Ave. Look for the large sign out front to make sure you’ve arrived.

If you prefer a trolley ride, find the nearest trolley stop in the Historic District. Board the Red Train Trolley and purchase a ticket. Stay on the trolley until you reach the stop labeled 'San Marco Avenue.' Once you disembark, walk a short distance north along San Marco Avenue, and you will find the Oldest Store Museum at 167 San Marco Ave. It should be visible from the trolley stop.
