From the St. Augustine Visitor Center located at 10 S Castillo Dr, walk east towards Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. Continue on S Castillo Dr for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Orange St. Turn right onto Orange St, and walk for about 0.2 miles. Potter's Wax Museum will be on your left at 31 Orange St.
