Walking
If you are in the Historic District, walk towards the waterfront along the Bayfront. From the Castillo de San Marcos, head east along the waterfront, passing by the beautiful views of the bay. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Marine Street. Turn left onto Marine Street, and you will see the Saint Francis Barracks at 82 Marine St on your right.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Plaza de la Constitución. Head south on St. George Street until you reach the intersection with Cathedral Place. Turn right on Cathedral Place and continue until you reach the waterfront. Turn left onto the bike path along the bay and follow it until you reach Marine Street. Turn left onto Marine Street, and the Saint Francis Barracks will be on your right at 82 Marine St.

Look for the Old Town Trolley or the Sightseeing Trains. Board the trolley or train and ask the driver to drop you off near the Historic District. Once you get off, head toward the waterfront and follow the same route as if you were walking. Make your way to Marine Street, where you will find the Saint Francis Barracks at 82 Marine St.
