If you are starting from the Historic District of St. Augustine, head south on St. George Street towards the Plaza de la Constitución. Once you reach the plaza, turn left onto Cathedral Place. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Menendez. Here, turn right and walk along the waterfront. You will pass the Castillo de San Marcos on your left. Continue along this path, and eventually, you will see the Bridge of Lions ahead. Cross over the bridge to enjoy the scenic views.

From the Historic District, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Head south on St. George Street until you reach the Plaza de la Constitución, then turn left onto Cathedral Place. Keep going straight until you hit Avenida Menendez, where you will take a right. Follow Avenida Menendez along the waterfront. As you ride, keep an eye out for the Bridge of Lions, which will come into view as you approach the end of the road. Make sure to ride safely and use bike lanes where available.

If you prefer using public transportation, you can catch the local trolley service from various locations in the Historic District. Board the trolley that is heading towards the beach area. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Bridge of Lions stop. Once you disembark, you will be directly at the bridge.
