Walking
If you're starting from the historic district of St. Augustine, head south on St. George Street until you reach Cathedral Place. Turn left on Cathedral Place and continue to the end, where it meets the Matanzas River. From here, turn right onto the Bayfront, following it south until you reach the Bridge of Lions. Cross the bridge to Anastasia Island. Once you are on the island, continue straight on A1A South. You will pass several parks and residential areas. After approximately 2 miles, turn left onto Red Cox Drive. Continue on Red Cox Drive until you see Sentinels of the Coast on your right at 201 Red Cox Dr.

Continue to the Bridge of Lions and cross over to Anastasia Island. Once you are on Anastasia Island, follow A1A South for about 2 miles.
