If you are starting from the Historic District of St. Augustine, head south on St. George Street until you reach Cathedral Place. Turn left and continue to walk east until you reach US-1 BUS. Turn right onto US-1 BUS and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Old Public Well will be on your left at 14 US-1 BUS.

From the Historic District, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops. Take Avenida Menendez south towards the Bridge of Lions. Cross the bridge and continue onto A1A. Follow A1A until you reach US-1 BUS. Turn left on US-1 BUS and ride north for approximately 1 mile. The Old Public Well will be on your right at 14 US-1 BUS.
Public Transit
Catch the St. Augustine Trolley at any of the trolley stops in the Historic District. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop nearest to the Old Public Well. If there is no direct stop, you can get off at the nearest stop and walk approximately 0.3 miles north on US-1 BUS. The Old Public Well will be located at 14 US-1 BUS.
