Bus
From downtown St. Petersburg, walk to the closest bus stop at 1st Ave N & 3rd St N. Board the PSTA Route 18 bus heading towards Tampa. Stay on the bus for approximately 35 minutes. When you reach the stop at 4800 E Fowler Ave, get off the bus. The Museum of Science & Industry will be directly across the street from you.

Trolley
Take the downtown St. Petersburg trolley (the Suncoast Trolley) from any trolley stop in the downtown area. Ride the trolley to the last stop at the Madeira Beach. From there, board the Route 18 bus towards Tampa. Stay on it for about 20 minutes. Get off at the 4800 E Fowler Ave stop. The museum is directly across the street.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in downtown St. Petersburg. Head north on 4th St N, then continue onto 4th St S as you cross the bridge. Follow the bike path signs leading to the direction of Tampa. Once you reach E Fowler Ave, turn left and ride east for about 5 miles. The Museum of Science & Industry will be on your right side.
