Take the exit for FL-349 S and continue for approximately 16 miles. Look for signs to O'Brien and then turn right onto 105th Ln. Little River Springs will be on your left at 24891 105th Ln, O'Brien, FL 32071. Parking is available on-site, typically free of charge.
