Turn left onto FL-51 and continue for about 5 miles. Then turn right onto NE Primrose Rd. The Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort will be on your left at 828 NE Primrose Rd, Mayo, FL 32066. Look for signage indicating the resort as you approach.
