If driving from I-275, take exit 51 for Fowler Avenue and follow Fowler Ave east for approximately 3 miles. MOSI will be on your right, just south of the University of South Florida campus. From I-75, take exit 265 for Fowler Avenue and follow Fowler Ave west for approximately 3 miles; MOSI will be on your left. Parking is free in the MOSI lot in front of the museum entrance.

The HART (Hillsborough Area Regional Transit) bus routes 5 and 48 stop near MOSI. From the University Area Transit Center, take either the 5 or 48. The closest bus stop to MOSI is Fowler Ave. @ 53rd St., a 6-minute walk to the museum. A single ride fare is $2.00.
