From the D943 road near the village of Sannes, head north on the D37 towards the Château. The entrance to Château de Sannes is approximately 1km along the D37 on the left. Look for the long driveway flanked by plane trees. Free parking is available on site.

From Pertuis, take bus line 908 towards Cavaillon. Get off at the 'Centre' stop in Sannes. From the bus stop, walk approximately 15 minutes (1.2 km) north along the D37 to reach the Château de Sannes. The bus fare is approximately €2. There are also other bus lines that stop at the 'Centre' stop in Sannes, including 9700, 9701, 9702, 9703, and 983.
