Walking
From anywhere in Huez village, Patte d'Oie is easily accessible on foot. Follow signs towards Alpe d'Huez; the junction is located at the northern edge of the village where the road splits to ascend towards the ski resort. It's a short walk from most accommodations in Huez.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus from Grenoble (Line T75 or T76), disembark at the Huez Village stop. From there, it's a 5-10 minute walk to Patte d'Oie, following the main road towards Alpe d'Huez. Bus tickets cost approximately €7-€10 from Grenoble.
Driving
From Grenoble, follow the D1091 towards Alpe d'Huez. As you approach Huez, continue through the village. Patte d'Oie is located just beyond the village center where the road forks. Limited free parking is available near Patte d'Oie, but it can fill up quickly, especially during peak season. A larger parking area is planned near Patte d'Oie, but it may not be completed yet. Check local signage for parking regulations.
