If you are starting from the Annecy train station, head southeast on Avenue du Parmelan toward Rue des Pénitents. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Rue des Pénitents. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Gare. Turn right and walk along Rue de la Gare until you reach the canal. You will see signs pointing towards the historic center. Continue walking along the canal for approximately 500 meters, and you will arrive at Quai Jules Philippe, where Canal du Vassé is located.

From the Annecy bus station, take bus line L1 towards 'Annecy Gare' and get off at the 'Jardins de l'Europe' stop. Walk straight ahead toward the lake, and you will see a path that leads to the gardens. Follow the path along the lake for about 400 meters until you reach Quai Jules Philippe. Canal du Vassé will be right along the waterfront.
