Start at the Annecy train station (Gare d'Annecy). Exit the station and head towards Avenue du Parmelan. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Boulevard de la Corniche. Continue walking straight until you reach the lakefront. Once you arrive at the lake, turn right to follow the promenade along Lake Annecy. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the end of the lakefront promenade. From there, head to the nearest bus stop and take line L (Le Grand Annecy) towards Annecy-le-Vieux. Get off at the stop named 'Annecy-le-Vieux'. From there, walk 10 minutes to the bus stop 'Annecy-le-Vieux, Mairie'. From 'Mairie', take the bus line 61 towards Geneva. After about 45 minutes, you will arrive in Geneva. Once in Geneva, head towards Quai Gustave-Ador, where you'll find the Geneva Water Fountain (Jet d'Eau) located on the lakefront at the coordinates 46.2073889, 6.1559028. Enjoy the view of the fountain and the surrounding area.

Public Transport
Begin your journey at the Annecy train station (Gare d'Annecy). Purchase a ticket to Geneva at the ticket counter or machine. Board a train heading to Geneva; the journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at Geneva’s main train station (Gare Cornavin), exit the station and head straight to the bus stop located outside the station. Take tram line 12 towards 'Jardin Botanique'. Get off at the stop 'Jardin Anglais'. From there, walk towards the lakefront, and you will see the Jet d'Eau (Geneva Water Fountain) on Quai Gustave-Ador, just a short 10-minute walk from the tram stop. You can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Geneva along the way.
