Getting There

  • Train

    Begin your journey at Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station (Gare Saint-Jean). Purchase a ticket to Saint-Émilion at the ticket counter or from a self-service machine. Trains run regularly, typically every 30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Saint-Émilion train station, exit the station and follow the signs to the town center. Walk towards the main road (Rue de la Cadene) leading into Saint-Émilion, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill.

    From Bordeaux, take the Lianes 1 bus line from the main bus terminal (Gare routière de Bordeaux) towards Saint-Émilion. The journey lasts approximately 1 hour. Once you reach Saint-Émilion, disembark at the main bus stop in the town. From there, walk towards Rue de la Cadene, which is about a 10-minute walk, following the signs for the wine cellar.
