From Pleumeur-Bodou, follow signs towards Ile Grande. Once on Ile Grande, continue towards the ornithological station. Follow the small road behind the Salle Polyvalente (community hall). Parking is available near the beach, though it can be limited during peak season. From the parking area, a short walk is required to reach the beach. Parking is free.

Take the TILT Line D bus from Lannion train station to Pleumeur-Bodou. From Pleumeur-Bodou, you may need to take a taxi or walk to Ile Grande and then follow the driving directions to the beach. Bus fare from Lannion to Pleumeur-Bodou is approximately €2.

If you are already on Ile Grande, follow the coastal path (GR34) towards the ornithological station. The beach is located a short distance from the station, and is easily accessible by foot. Follow signs towards the Salle Polyvalente, the beach is located behind it.
