Walking/Biking
From the center of Vandenesse-en-Auxois, follow the signs towards the Canal de Bourgogne. The walk or bike ride to Ecluse 10 S de la Mine is relatively short, approximately 1-2 kilometers, and mostly flat. The path is well-maintained and offers scenic views of the surrounding countryside. The lock is located a short distance from the village port. Parking is available near the port area.
Driving
From the A6 autoroute, take the Pouilly-en-Auxois exit. Follow the D977bis towards Vandenesse-en-Auxois. Once in the village, follow signs for the Canal de Bourgogne. Parking is available near the port area, a short walk from the lock. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak season. There are parking spots available at the Halte Nautique along the Canal de Bourgogne. Some parking is also available behind the town hall.
