Public Transport
From Antibes city center, the Envibus line 14 will take you close to Fort Carré. The nearest bus stops are 'Porte Marine' and 'Fort Carré'. From either stop, it's a short walk to the fort's entrance. A single ticket costs €1 if purchased at the bus station or via the Envibus Ticket app, or €1.50 if purchased on the bus.
Walking
From the Old Antibes, it's approximately a 30-minute walk to Fort Carré. Follow the coastal road east, passing Port Vauban. The fort will be visible on the peninsula ahead. The walk offers scenic views of the harbor and the Mediterranean Sea.
Driving
If driving, follow signs for Fort Carré. There is a free parking lot available at Avenue du 11 Novembre, a 10-minute walk from the monument. Parking is free and has 150 seats. Campers and caravans are prohibited.
Taxi/Ride-Share
A taxi or ride-share from Antibes city center to Fort Carré will cost approximately €15-€20, depending on traffic and the time of day. The journey takes around 10 minutes.
