You will see the Casino de Monte-Carlo on your right. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with Boulevard de la République. Turn right here and keep walking until you reach Avenue des Alpes. Take a left onto this road and continue walking until you reach the train station, Gare de Monaco. From Gare de Monaco, take a train towards Antibes, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. After arriving in Antibes, get off at the Antibes station and walk towards Avenue Jules Grec. The Anthéa Theatre will be on your left at 260 Av. Jules Grec.
