From the Chamonix town center, walk east along Allée Recteur Payot, following signs for the Musée des Cristaux. The museum is located behind the Église Saint-Michel, approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the main tourist office. Look for the Parvis du Parking St Michel; the museum entrance is located there.
Public Transport
Take the local bus to the 'Chamonix Centre' stop. From there, walk east along Allée Recteur Payot for about 5 minutes. The Musée des Cristaux is located near the St-Michel parking area, behind the church.
Driving
Drive towards the center of Chamonix and follow signs for Parking Saint-Michel. The museum is located at the Parvis du Parking St Michel. Parking fees apply; expect to pay around €2.70 per hour. The parking provides direct access to the museum via a lift.
