Bus and train transport within Chamonix is free with a guest card provided by your accommodation. A single bus ticket without the guest card has a small charge.

    From the Chamonix city center, the Aiguille du Midi cable car station is a 10-minute walk. Head southeast, following signs for the Aiguille du Midi. The station is located at 100 Place de l'Aiguille du Midi.
