The path leads out of town and up a series of trails through the Corsican landscape. Wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring water. The trail begins between an old ruined building and a villa called 'Les Iris'. The climb is gradual, and the path is marked with yellow signs.

    From Calvi, head south on Avenue de la République (D81). Continue to follow D81, then take a slight left onto Route de la Serra, following the signs for Notre Dame de la Serra. The drive is approximately 15 minutes, covering about 8 kilometers. There is a parking area near the chapel, but spaces may be limited, especially during peak season.
