Getting There

  • Car

    Filitosa is located on the D57 road near Sollacaro, approximately 20 km north of Propriano. From Ajaccio, take the N196 towards Bonifacio, then turn right onto the D57 towards Sollacaro. From Propriano, take the N196 towards Ajaccio and turn left onto the D57. A small, free car park is available at the entrance to the site. Be aware that the road to the site is narrow in places.

  • Public Transport

    While there is no direct public transport to Filitosa, the Ajaccio/Porto-Vecchio bus line stops at the D157/D57 junction, about 7 km from the site. From there, you would need to take a taxi or walk to Filitosa. A taxi from the junction to Filitosa will cost approximately €15-€20. The bus fare from Ajaccio or Porto-Vecchio to the D157/D57 junction is around €8-€13.
